These are the terms for the Home Court and Full Court coaching plans. There is no lock in contract, no minimum term and no exit fee. Most of what follows is me being clear about what you get, what I need from you, and what happens if either of us wants to stop.

Liddicoat Basketball, operated by Cameron James, of Melbourne, Victoria. Referred to below as "I" or "me". You are the parent or legal guardian signing your child up, referred to as "you".
Contact: admin@liddicoatbasketball.com.au or 0422 082 792.
You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the player. Children cannot subscribe themselves, and the account, the payments and the group chat all sit with you.
Coaching is for players aged 7 to 17. If your child turns 18 while subscribed, we can keep going, but the child safety arrangements described on the child safety page still apply as a matter of habit and I do not intend to change them.
Worth being blunt, because parents get sold this a lot.
What I am selling is attention, a plan built for your kid, and somebody who notices whether the work happened.
Cancel any time. Email me at admin@liddicoatbasketball.com.au, or use the manage subscription link on any Stripe receipt. You do not have to give a reason and I am not going to put you through a retention conversation.
If something has genuinely gone wrong rather than you simply changing your mind, tell me. I would rather sort it out than hold onto money I have not earned.
Basketball is a physical sport and training carries a risk of injury. By subscribing you confirm your child is fit to take part in physical activity, and that you have told me about any medical condition, injury or limitation I should know about.
I am a basketball coach. I am not a doctor, a physiotherapist, a dietitian or a strength and conditioning specialist, and nothing I give you is medical advice. If you are unsure whether your child should be doing something, ask a medical professional and I will work around whatever they tell you.
Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under Australian law, including the consumer guarantees described below.
I can end the arrangement, with a refund of the unused part of the month, if a player or a parent is abusive or threatening, if the arrangement is being used for something other than coaching, or if ending it is the right thing to do for a child's safety.
I would also end it, and tell you why, if I did not think I was the right coach for your child. I would rather do that than keep taking your money.
Every player here is a child, and the way that shapes how I coach is set out in full on the child safety page. That page forms part of these terms and is worth reading before you sign up rather than after.
The plans, drills, reviews and written material I give you stay mine. You get to use them for your own child, for as long as you like, including after you cancel.
What you cannot do is pass them around, sell them, publish them, or run them as a program for other players or a club. If you want to use something with a team, ask me and I will almost certainly say yes.
Video you send stays yours. You are giving me permission to watch it, store it and use it to coach your child. That is the whole permission.
I will not publish a clip, put it on social media or use it in any advertising unless you have given me separate written permission for that specific clip, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here is intended to.
Those guarantees include that services are provided with due care and skill and within a reasonable time. If I fail to meet them, you may be entitled to a remedy, and these terms do not take that away from you.
If I change these terms, the updated version goes up here with a new date at the top.
If I change the price of your plan, you get at least 30 days notice by email, and the new price only applies from a billing period after that notice. If you do not want to pay it, cancel before then and nothing further is charged.
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
Ask before you sign up, not after. I would rather answer the question than have you guessing.
